Our benefits are rich and provided at a low cost to employees, regardless if they need Employee or Family coverage. We are proud to offer employee a competitive benefit package to ensure they can provide the coverage necessary for their family. I'm not sure any company is "easy" to negotiate with and still remain profitable. but we always listen to our employee's concerns and do whatever we can when a reasonable request is made. Thanks for the review!

SMS goes out of their way to make you part of the SMS Family. From sending you a handwritten birthday and employment anniversary cards to providing activities outside working hours.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Thanks for the review, I would argue we are a better organization than many in the IT federal contract community, offering competitive benefits, encouraging and promoting professional development, and offering a great culture for employees. I do agree with your "pro" that we have very talented, hardworking employees. For those reading, check out all the other reviews and you'll see SMS is an excellent place to work.
