Great Internship Program

Pros

SMS offers internships to college students who are children of employees in the company. The internship is paid and is usually in the Quality Management and Human Resources department. The work place is very open and friendly with the management being a delight to work with. I have never been given a task that I felt was overwhelming or too difficult.

Cons

I can't really think of any.
