Great Culture - Management works hard to take care of their employees, the end of a contract doesn't mean the end of employment Growing - Leadership has recently invested significant resources in business development and capture that is paying off, there are opportunities for growth Support Employees- They pay bounties on needed professional certs, encourage employees to get certs and education, and readily pay for educational expenses

Excellent executive team, highly involved in the growth of the business. Amazing work ethic that shows in their overall history in business. Most executives have been with the company since inception.

Thanks for the review! I agree that we have great people working at SMS and are continuously looking for other great people to join the team! We have a lot of fun at our formal holiday events, as well as team luncheons, happy hours, etc. Thanks for the advice as well! We are working to better our engagement with teams, especially those located outside our DC Metro area. We have excellent training benefits, reimbursing for certification exams, training material, approved boot camps, conferences, membership dues, annual CE fees and tuition assistance. We support our employees professional development and strive to satisfy the training needs of our customer and employees.
