Long history, good reputation, knows how to execute. Consistent growth, but still small business feel. Take initiative and there's a lot you can do. Very good benefits.

Cons

Can be a challenge if you want to move to another contract but they generally try to work with you.

As with all federal contractors, we have our share of challenging contracts, however we train and support our employees through these challenges as much as possible within the constraints of the contract and transfer employee between contracts when possible. They are loyal and honest. I never caught any senior management in a lie. I worked there for 20 years and only left because I wanted to move to Florida.

Cons

If you want an upward trend in your career path, you will have to lobby for it and it will take time.
