      None that a decent employee receives

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about their own careers and bonuses. Doesn't even pay the minimum wage required by the federal SCA guidelines dictate. Requires employees to drive 75 miles one way to work and will refund you a whole $5 per day.

      Pros

      Pay is good, when you get Hazzard pay. Union fights for you, but only if they believe you.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They don't care about anyone but themselves. If you kiss up right, you may get a good spot.
