      Free onsite parking. Friendly staff in other departments

      Cons

      0 training, just thrown into the job. Horrible office space with no windows, no natural light, no fresh air. Felt like a prison cell. Made to work overtime with no additional pay or TOIL to compete jobs that are out of your control. Made to feel less valuable if you could not grasp the job, which is normal considering the induction was just visiting different departments to see what they do. Old systems. Everything is done on Excel spreadsheet.
