I cannot really think of any.

Cons

Terrible company to work for. The goals they set for you are not achievable. The management is clueless. They do not provide medical insurance or any retirement benefits. Stay away from this company.

Always travelling to different sites which makes most days interesting.

Having a good balance of both site work and office work throughout the UK. Opportunities to progress internally are visible and appear in regular emails. Pushed to climb the internal career ladder.

Cons

Sharing equipment, very little time set for work social events. Low starting salary. Driving distances between home and site can make for some long days.
