      *Lots of room for growth-If you put in the work and do well at your job, it will be noticed and awarded *Good benefits *Dynamic work environment-you'll be doing something different every day *Multi-vendor environment which gives you exposure and experience to a wide array of different technologies to learn and master *SPARGO will assist you with training and obtaining certifications *Good work/life balance *You get to travel around the US (could also be viewed as a con if you don't like traveling) *Camaraderie-The team is always willing to help each other out and we look out for each other *Your ideas/suggestions will be heard and considered, you have the opportunity to make a difference

      Cons

      *Depending on your lifestyle, you may not enjoy frequent travel *The 401k program needs improvement

      Pros

      Nice to see them making the necessary changes to help the company grow and retain their employees. Everyone around here is so friendly and always seems to have a smile on their face. Management seems to be open to new ideas which is a nice change of pace.

      Cons

      401K plan could be better

      Very happy that the changes we have made are working for the better and being noticed. We do recognize that the 401K plan could be better and are currently in the process of exploring options to help with that.
