Pros

The health plan is very decent.

Cons

Cliquish, mean girlsesque atmosphere. Pay is not acceptable for the amount of work done. Mangement do not push for a suitable work/life balance.. Management doesn't do the work to ensure there are happy worker bees.

Pros

Free parking. Casual work environment.

Cons

Literally zero training and leadership. I asked for training on a certain software at one point and was told to find videos on YouTube...although SPARGO has a firewall that doesn't allow employees to access YouTube. Had to pretty much beg for training after two months of nothing from my supervisor but negative feedback, but at that point it was too late for me. Supervisors are not trained well at management and are very passive aggressive as they appear to not have the strength to have difficult conversations in person. Benefits are terrible too. $500 /year match on retirement savings. They don't reimburse tips for business travel either, and there is a lot of that. Salary is very low for the positions as well. Very high turnover and very low morale.

Thanks for your review! We post the expected percentage of travel with every position we hire for and hope that all of our employees and candidates take this into consideration before accepting a position. We'd like to think in most situations travel is a perk of the job, but we do understand that this doesn't work for everyone. A key perk we offer for travelling employees is a generous per diem policy and comp time for exempt employees. We embrace that our employees work to live, versus living to work; if travel isn't for you, we do have a number of positions and departments that don't travel as well. If you still have concerns on traveling, be sure to address these concerns with your manager or utilize our open door policies elsewhere. Thanks again, Talent Acquisition Management @SPARGO
