Literally zero training and leadership. I asked for training on a certain software at one point and was told to find videos on YouTube...although SPARGO has a firewall that doesn't allow employees to access YouTube. Had to pretty much beg for training after two months of nothing from my supervisor but negative feedback, but at that point it was too late for me.
Supervisors are not trained well at management and are very passive aggressive as they appear to not have the strength to have difficult conversations in person.
Benefits are terrible too. $500 /year match on retirement savings. They don't reimburse tips for business travel either, and there is a lot of that. Salary is very low for the positions as well.
Very high turnover and very low morale.
