      Pros

      Casual work environment. There are some really good employees who love the work they do.

      Cons

      Can be a negative place to work in. Managers don't appreciate employees for their hard and dedication. Rates are low. Manager need more traning and need to be consistent .

      Casual Work Environment and autonamy.

      Cons

      -No incentive or reward for initiative and innovation (Stuck with doing things like they've always been done) -Churn and burn mentality -Poor communication on all levels -Lack of teamlike atmosphere (No communication or cooperation amongst departments and within departments) -Low morale and poor corporate culture

      The health plan is very decent.

      Cons

      Cliquish, mean girlsesque atmosphere. Pay is not acceptable for the amount of work done. Mangement do not push for a suitable work/life balance.. Management doesn't do the work to ensure there are happy worker bees.
