Thank for your review. With the current COVID environment, I'd say we've achieved your desire for more remote capabilities. As for your coworkers personal behavior, we're sorry to hear of those interactions, as it doesn't represent the environment we want to encourage. We would like to encourage you to utilize our open door policy to address your concerns directly with leadership and be part of the solution to create additional training or gain a better understanding of the bonus structure.
