      Nice work/life balance and occasional travel. Great work environment.

      Things may get overwhelming as you become closer to reaching your goals for your clients.

      Good Company, But Very Unorganized

      Pros

      - Great Coworkers - Good Location - Traveling for Events

      Cons

      -HUGE lack of training both with on boarding and in general - After having been in two separate departments, it is consistent that lack of training exists and most employees are just "thrown into the fire" to survive and learn on their own. -Lack of organization within departments - Pay is not competitive with other jobs in the industry -Work-life balance is very difficult with the amount of work put on each employees plate.
