      Pros

      Great company to work for! Excellent benefits, great people, and now that management works from home, we have an even more relaxed atmosphere! I kid, I kid! Covid has help mold some new changes to SRP, but we still come together as OneSRP to help provide continuous outstanding customer service and reliable power to our customers. Yes, we are better than APS.

      Cons

      Since Covid took place and SRP has instituted new policies concerning the safety of employees and their families, online meetings have increased dramatically, and become very tedious. There is nothing better than having an online meeting with someone while their children scream continuously in the background.... So much fun!

      Good pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      Everyone is looking out for their own self-interests and advancement. Way to much back stabbing. So many silo's and kingdom building not very collaborative. They believe that it's such a great place to work people will never leave but the reality is those with marketable skills can and do those who don't have them become lifers.
