Culture, Benefits, Onboarding, Leadership team and coworkers all positive. I've worked for large and start up companies and this has the best mix of both. I've never met a group of people who are more kind and supportive. I hope this is my last job in my career and hope to advance as I work here longer. Really appreciate how they responded to Covid - my last employer is sending people back to work and it's one of the reasons I am glad to no longer work there.

From the beginning, I immediately got a sense of how welcoming and inclusive the culture here is at SRSA. Everyone was and continues to be so kind, helpful, and down to earth. You really do feel like everyone enjoys working here and believes in the company's vision. I enjoy working here because of all the wonderful people I get to work alongside everyday. SRSA hires smart and talented people who embody this welcoming culture everyday. I think SRSA is a great company for all levels of experience. There is so much room to grow because the company is so innovative and constantly building new products or features. The leadership is approachable, honest, and transparent about the lows and highs we as a company are going through. This company is constantly evolving and moving fast. It's a great place to work!
