Pros

This is an excellent company, the senior leadership is inspiring and run the company in an effective way. There is a great feeling of acceptance and everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. I couldn't imagine a better place to work.

Cons

The only possible con I could think of is growing pains. The company is growing at an astounding rate and sometimes the office can feel small. This issue has been solved since I left.

Pros

The people that work for SRS are some of the best people to work with. I like the direction of the company, and the upward mobility for promotions.

Cons

I don't have any downsides. I enjoy coming to work on daily basis, as this doesn't feel like a daily grind.
