      Management at the highest levels is good Good, talented team mates

      Cons

      Middle Management will throw their own mothers under the bus to make themselves look good. Absolutely zero career options for the majority of employees

      Thank you for the feedback and while it's disappointing when an exiting employee, albeit even a brief experience, has unfavorable opinions of their direct supervisor or their dept, it was good to hear the positives in this review related to overall larger teammate population, or SRSAcquiom as a whole is "good" and senior/executive leadership team was respected. We take this type of feedback to heart and continue to strive for SRSAcquiom being an employer of choice for current, incoming and even exiting teammates.

      SRS Acquiom has an innovative culture and they are trying to push the envelope in the M&A space.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there is little transparency from management as to why certain personnel decisions were made.
