Unlimited time off, ability to work some days remote (certain departments), free bagels on Mondays, company holiday parties, 401k match, affordable health insurance

Cons

Some departments have better leaders then others, so as long as you are under the right leadership you will enjoy working there. Parking stipend does not cover the full cost of parking downtown

- Friendly coworkers - Great benefits - Opportunity to grow (management makes it clear that they expect you to take over more responsibility over time, but only in the direction you want to go professionally) - Flexible working environment (including unlimited PTO, WFH) - HR is rolling out a lot of amazing programs to improve the overall community (volunteering, recognizing coworkers, understanding your personality, a platform for anonymously reporting anything that makes you uncomfortable, and many more)

Cons

There have been a lot of changes made to processes and there is a lack of general instructional material. Coworkers and managers happily take the time to train you however. There is also a general push for improving/updating instructional materials.
