      Pros

      My team at SRS Acquiom is the best team I have worked with in my 15 plus professional career! The benefit package is competitive and comprehensive. There are multiple opportunities for advancement and development which is also encouraged and supported by management. SRS Acquiom's values are clearly defined and can be seen in action daily between interactions with both internal and external stakeholders and customers. Additionally, SRS Acquiom's response to Covid-19 has been pro-active and the safety and well-being of the employees has been in the forefront of the leaders minds in their decisions regarding how to maintain company operations during a pandemic. SRS Acquiom is a truly innovative company that has cultivated a workforce of the best and brightest minds in M&A!

      Pros

      salaries are decent for the work being done some good people work here

      Cons

      The past 5 or 6 reviews have been writing by the company and very obvious they are fake. The CEO is a pure psycho path and does not care about any of their employees...besides a few at the top. Morale is at an all time low, if you are not desperate for a job, I'd advice looking elsewhere, we all are! Would you want to work somewhere so desperate they write their on fake reviews? They laid off half the company a few months ago, those are known as the lucky ones!

      Peerless leadership and a culture of respect

      Pros

      A vision for growth, collaboration, compassion, and innovation. If you have done some research about this company, you already know the work is engaging. The environment they have built makes the work consistently enjoyable as well. This is a growing company, and it is very clear that they 1) are always striving to improve, and 2) actually care about everyone they employ, and are willing to honestly listen. When you start to understand their vision, history, and the disruptive role they created in the industry, it is easy to develop pride in working here. This is from my own experience, and from the people I have seen join the company, and had the extreme pleasure to work with. They take company culture very seriously, so if you are a fit here, you will enjoy your interactions with your colleagues and superiors. As a special note, their reaction to COVID-19, as well as leadership's focus on diversity and inclusion have been completely beyond reproach.

      Cons

      The only con I can see is not really a con for the company, but for the industry itself. There are certainly opportunities for advancement, and real guidance and transparency in the advancement process at SRS Acquiom. However, in such a highly specialized industry, and in working with the top players in that industry, it can feel like a challenge to grow and expand into creating value in new ways without the right background. If you are motivated and realistic, and you know who you are and what you want to do, this should not be an issue or 'con' in any way.
