      No growth potential, very negative culture

      Pros

      -Unlimited Vacation -Travel usually once a quarter -Nice office and ability to WFH

      Cons

      -Management does not listen to lower level employees -People that have been there a while are arrogant -The sales team acts like they walk on water and are not team players -Long working hours and not that interesting

      Thank you for this feedback, it has been shared with leadership teams and our head of HR. We are in process to build a stronger onboarding process along with more robust learning and development programs have been launched as recently as this review. We are proud of the more consistent positive feedback/reviews to date and appreciate all forms of feedback for continued growth and improvement.

      Management at the highest levels is good Good, talented team mates

      Cons

      Middle Management will throw their own mothers under the bus to make themselves look good. Absolutely zero career options for the majority of employees

      Thank you for the feedback and while it's disappointing when an exiting employee, albeit even a brief experience, has unfavorable opinions of their direct supervisor or their dept, it was good to hear the positives in this review related to overall larger teammate population, or SRSAcquiom as a whole is "good" and senior/executive leadership team was respected. We take this type of feedback to heart and continue to strive for SRSAcquiom being an employer of choice for current, incoming and even exiting teammates.

      Boring, Lack of Knowledge

      Easy jobs, requires little to no brain activity. Work described by many employees as "Monkey Work" Location Break room provisions

      Cons

      Many employees constantly complains about their day to day activities. Talented individuals tend not to stick around. Management will shout at people.
