Pros

-Good benefits/PTO -Stocked break room

Cons

-No proper guidelines or out of date guidelines for work procedure. -You feel lost most of the time and feel as an inconvenience. -Feeling like breaking down is common even after putting in so much efforts and only having focus on any of your mistakes. -there is no uniform training. -no structure when it comes to training. -a figured it out and then ask questions type of training Also, HR doesn’t seem to really care when an issue is presented to them. There is no follow up. There’s no checking in. It’s only the word of management that seems to matter.

Pros

Today is the beginning of my third week with SRSA, and I have to commend the HR/Recruiting & IT Teams for the outstanding experience thus far! The entire recruiting and interview process was extremely well coordinated and organized. The description of the role accurately reflects what I'm now doing. I had 1 screening, 2 phone interviews, and then an on site interview with team members; all done and offer accepted within 1.5-2 weeks. My questions throughout were answered quickly and openly. A week prior to my start date I then received an email outlining what to expect on my first day, and to alert me to the name of the team member assigned to be my "buddy" on day one; made sure I had what I needed, walked me around the office and introduced me to everyone, etc. A member of HR then gave me a tour of the facilities (conference rooms, break rooms, filled beverage fridge, on site gym, bicycle locker, etc.), reviewed corporate policies, and the employee handbook with me - answering any questions/concerns I had at the time. IT already had my MacBook and monitors ready, and then sat with me at my ergonomic desk (sit/stand configurable) to complete set up of my profile, programs, authentication, etc., and walk me thru signing in from my desk and remotely. And they've been extremely responsive with the questions I've had since. Honestly, this is one of the best on-boarding experiences I've had over my 20 years professional experience in multiple industries. Well done SRSA!

Cons

None from me at this time.
