Pros
Excellent access to management team/executive team, direct feedback and open dialogue around almost any issue, highly collaborative, hard working team but respect time off, competitive compensation and merit based compensation upside, great company summer and holiday events, fun HR team (atypical), great CEO, collaborative and fun offsites, leader in product/service space in several areas, work remote options, cool office in Denver, GREAT clients (large PE firms, law firms of all sizes, i.e., work with exceptionally smart people/customers), culture of listening and not demanding (most times/within reason), good vacation policy, well run legal and compliance team, company performance exceptionally strong with VERY significant growth over the last 3 years
Cons
Clients can be demanding given emphasis on high performance and fire drill nature of the company’s service, compensation cuts for some employees even if both employee and company performance was strong, internal projects can move slow. Healthcare benefits are ok (ie CIGNA) compared to other tech companies. Not necessarily a con but there are a lot of personalities here. To me this is a unique level of diversity but with that, it’s unlikely you’ll get along fluidly with everybody.
