Pros

Full dental medical vision benifits

Cons

Stulz promotes from the outside as far internal job postings go it's a complete waste of paper from a company which touts going green. The culture of the production floor at the Frederick Maryland facilty contains racism, sexual harrasement alcohol substance abuse, workplace violence and gang like culture. The production management at best have a highschool diploma with no formal managment training or college education. Speaking of education they have a training facility just down the road for outside contractors but never offer or encourage production employees to take part in the training. As far as safety goes there isnt even a safety program. Most accidents seem to get pushed under the rug, they employ an independent auditor called See inc. Which comes thru performing a loose audit/inspection, employees are discouraged from talking to or expressing there concerns of safety issues with these inspectors. Speaking of inspections and standards they claim ISO certification which if this would be true anybody could be ISO certified. This certification/ inspection is usualy preformed by a gentleman who has been doing it for some time he does find allot of ISO issues but somehow Stulz always seems to slime its way to ISO certified. Lastly most modern companies have a human resources department as does Stulz but here at Stulz it's a different. A staff of three who basically only complete payroll, recieve applications, answer the phone, and hangout. When asked questions regarding leave, pto, scheduling, hours worked, internal job postings, safety issues, and employee harresment/ conflicts they refer you outside the office to a member of production mangement who has no answer for you as these issues in a normal company environment would be handled by the human resources department.
