Needs too much improvement without the leadership to get it done.

Pros

Shops and warehouse are kept relatively clean, and new tools sometimes get delivered in a timely fashion. Benefits package is comprehensive. Accumulating paid-time-off is satisfactory compared to other low paying employers in the area who don't offer any.

Cons

Safety and training is a joke here compared to other leading manufacturers I have personally visited. It doesn't help that the CEO wishes the company to "go LEAN" if actual hard changes are not put to top priority. Instead, large, new projects are the focus while maintaining equipment properly, and keeping hazards to a minimum are left neglected. It also seems pay raises are avoided or kept to a minimum. Overall: Company respectability is poor

Disorganize. Sadly mismanaged. This company could be so much more.
