Some of the actual production level people, who get the actual work done, are pretty decent and nice to work with.

Cons

Management, starting at foreman level, tends to be full of good old boys who make pie-in-sky demands and don't want to listen about how possible their requests are. Every points fingers, nobody wants to actually solve issues. Upper level managers might as well work for another company with how out-of-touch they are. Favoritism abounds.
