Pros

Job security. It is very difficult to get fired for incompetence. High Pay but low raises and hard to get promoted.

Cons

There is no accountability. Managers fail to warn/discipline staff for not meeting deadlines. Without accountability, it is hard for excellent performers to stand out and move up. The company prefers to hire from the outside than promote from within. Low morale in the company. ESOP vests after 5 years to try and combat their poor retention rate.

Pros

This is a place to begin a career at the Metro offices like 1-5 years of experience. I started there in August of 2014 but I noticed quickly that this an entry level to intermediate position.

Cons

The negatives out way the pros due to the lack of professionalism, skills and future outlook of lower management Personal school achievements seem more satisfactory than work related goals and companies success. I don't know how long in such a competitive market will they allow Key people and staff to quit or get laid off due to this . No future outlook or mind set exist.

Pros

Opportunities for younger employees who wish to gain valuable hands-on project management experience, including field opportunities.

Cons

As with all larger organizations, corporate bureaucracy can become cumbersome. Much attention to bottom line.
