We are pleased that you found Sabre’s executive team and our COO in particular to be caring, as you stated, he like many others on our leadership team make it a priority to get to know our employees and share their appreciation for their contributions. We are also glad to hear you found your workload manageable, it can be challenging in this competitive environment to create a satisfying and healthy work-life balance for employees, it is one of Sabre’s highest priorities and we are glad that was your experience.

Sabre has been praised for its flat organizational structure and accessible leadership, eager to hear other’s thoughts and ideas. We empower management at all levels to make thoughtful decisions in the interest of our employees and customers. We are also fortunate to have industry experts among us to act as mentors and advisors when additional insight is beneficial, these two factors have proven to increase our agility and maximize our strengths.
