      Probably pretty easy at some point

      Cons

      Zero learning or development. Training literally does not exist. I actually can’t believe a company this large does not train their leaders. Technicians get training and coddling like few other jobs but everyone else better learn to swim very quickly because leadership could not care less if you are new.

      Pros

      Mobile techs have lots of freedom to change routes and control their day as long as you get all the work done on time. Tools provided. Good starting pay after training.

      Cons

      Wildly inconsistent hours. Working faster and getting jobs done quicker will earn you more work. Pay is promotion based and promotion system needs to be changed, so don't ever expect a raise.
