Pros

Paid training, most tools provided, company van after 6 months

Cons

Pay while decent does not equal the work/stress load. More jobs will be given to you then can be done in a day, the jobs will also be 45 minutes plus apart. You will spend an hour looking for glass every morning. And will have weekly meetings telling you how unproductive you are. There WUAD system only measures productivity as time directly spent installing glass. Not drive time, not greeting or talking to the customer, not closing out and payment for a job. Only installing.

Pros

You will never be short of work. You won't be fired unless you steal or fight or do drugs. Weekly Pay(its a pro and a con)

Cons

Management is terrible in most facilities. They over work you till you say I quit. They will ruin your pay cause they are greedy. If a tech gets a warranty then the tech that did the job needs to go back to that place unless the customer does not want them out there. Wiper blades wiper blades wiper blades. you sell them for 65 after taxes and get 5 dollars per bladenot really a good deal. They tell you your not upselling just so they don't have to pay a proper commison for them.

Pros

Never bored, great coworkers, lots of benefits

Cons

Don’t follow thru with promises made at recruitment, once you get to top pay & level they restructure the pay to reduce pay even if you have no warranties, excellent customer surveys, perfect driving record. After hurricane Ian not paid for the time we were closed due to the hurricane. Got a 1 day paycheck. Required to come back after at 6-7 days a week, 12-13 hour days, no electricity or cold drinks while working in the heat. Unable to deal with destroyed homes, shower or wash uniforms due to no water and power.
