      Cons

      Constant grilling by supervisors over high priced windshield wipers they are premium blades, but if they have to be changed out every six months that is a tough sell. If they lasted more than 6 months, then maybe. People are having a hard time right now due to inflation, possible recession, and many don't hardly have enough money to pay for cheaper cost blades, let alone food, deductible, etc.

      Lower Management was good Work wasn't difficult

      Cons

      Corporate leadership horridly out of touch with the conditions in the call centers. Often was not allowed to do the job I was hired for, instead was handling sales or claim intake calls. Corporate mismanaged resources and would chip away at what little comforts employees had.
