Pros

Decent pay for a young single individual

Cons

Work you like a dog, no say in anything, routers will routinely schedule way too many 8-12 and 12-5 appts to where your customers will be unhappy because you can't show up between the hours the made the appt for.

Pros

Health insurance, life insure, etc. is pretty good.

Cons

The lack of organization when it comes to inventory, scheduling, and granting time off is unfortunate. The pay is ok but it doesn't out way the physical beating you will endure. Once business slows you can be laid off for up to 2 months at any notice. Making all of your good weeks of extra pay just below your average rate in no time. Turn over rate especially for the location that I worked at was high. Some locations are different and may actually work with you and respect you as a good employee but best to steer clear.
