      low pay and terrible benefits

      Pros

      The first two weeks is training, which they do a great job.

      Cons

      It's a typical call center and much worse. They don't start people full time, so they can cut back on benefits. There were new hire groups training all the time because turnover was so high. Corporate doesn't show that they really care for the employees at all.

      Great people with mediocre leadership

      Pros

      Vision-The leaderships puts forth a great vision for the company. Service to customers-Safelite fills a need for customers that are in need. It's something to be proud of. Mission-The mission to put the customer first and provide the best in class service is inspirational.

      Cons

      Very political. Arbitrary projects and deadline. Ready, fire aim mentality from top down.

      Good people, struggling leadership.

      Pros

      Dominant market share/position. Good compensation packages. Pockets of strong teams/leaders exist.

      Cons

      Little willingness to change. Senior and mid-level leaders have been in place for quite a while. All significant decisions made in backroom and side discussions.
