Leaders are not fair and do not treat all employees equally. Often they will force people to do what leaders want to do even though it doesn’t seem right. If you go against it then you are targeted until you leave the company by your self. That is the worst part. They don’t care about employee well being and work like balance. But they talk a lot a about it. They do survey and it is like you are forced to write favor for the leaders.
