      Cons oh man well for starters kiss work/ life goodbye on top of all that be aware that your pay relies on multiple people your are not completely in control nor is the management managers are over shadow by operational managers which is business oriented they dont have a clue about day to day all the care about is themselves and numbers and could careless about you personally . This job is definitely a stepping stone and should be treated as such do not get to comfortable.. what amazes me is that your fellow employees who very well may be a screw up gets way more slack then a higher performing tech. All in all I'd look elsewhere this job isnt what it seems
