Pros

Honestly, at this stage, there isn't any pros

Cons

As stated is 10's of reviews, the management is just SO P O O R. There's been times where I get written up for being barely a minute late while my job coach was gone for literal months. I was told several times, I can come in, work a few hours if I feel that bad and then just let your manager know that you need to leave and it won't count against you because you came in to work. It's a very different situation, actually. You have to call the call off line and your Entire Shift is Irrelevant AND you get written up. It's absolutely ridiculous that I cannot get out early by an hour because "we're too busy." When more than half the job coaches are at their desks on their phones! And if you're in glass referrals, they will keep adding more and more and MORE insurances companies to your roster without compensation, without being trained, and without even being told they're being added until the day of. Desks are absolutely disgusting, everyone gets sick every 2 weeks, the wipes that they say they have out, there's only about 2 or 3 cannisters about the floor. People keep getting hired and they STILL haven't gotten the new desks they promised 2 YEARS AGO. You're lucky to even find a seat at all throughout the day because they hire THAT many people. Maybe around 40 people a class every two weeks if us experienced CSR's are lucky?? People who walk around and do nothing are supposed to help do not care whatsoever. You just get stared at stupidly, and get a dumb answer. Benefits also? Are the absolute worst? I have to meet a 1500 deductible for medical when my meds together alone are around 1k. McDonald's has a better benefits plan that here! Overall, I'm really disappointed on how much I was lied to during my first two weeks. Any higher ups could care less about you and your well-being. Don't waste your time.

Pros

Work experience and it's a job.

Cons

You don't see the light of day. Management is terrible especially store managers. They can't even mismanage properly. Pay sucks. Training sucks. They throw you to the wolves everyday and God forbid your at a customer's for more than an hour(even though we were told we have and hour and a half). They want to give you negative news every morning and you have to perform stigmata for a customer to EVEN give you a positive review. But don't vacuum and here comes the bad review. I hate it here. I swear as soon as I find another place to work I'm GONE!

Pros

Paid Training, Clean environment, Great breakroom

Cons

Favoritism, Discrimination, Low pay. They pulled a "bait-and-switch" on me. I had initially interviewed for a position with auto glass and when I started my training class was put in with the claims department. I started seeing inconsistencies with the dress code, mainly feeling very discriminatory. There was no tattoos, piercings, unnatural hair color, etc, however, the managers were allowed to have these. Up until the point I signed the paperwork, they were all very nice to me, afterward when I hit the floor, not so much so. After having twenty years experience in call center work, I was treated with disdain, and they couldn't be bothered to help unless we were performing by the book. If you were one minute late from a break or signing on, you got written up. Not a fun experience. The trainers are very nice until you hit the floor, then it is a completely different story. I'd pass on this. I was stressed out every day I came in. Not worth the hassle for the money. They are violating several ADA laws and do not make provisions for those that have disabilities or for those that choose to express themselves in any other flavor than vanilla. It's 2019 folks, get with the program. You are promoting stereotyping with catagorizing people as bad, which in my opinion is discrimination. No wonder there is such a high turn over rate. Very sad.
