Pros
-Fantastic onboarding process. Some companies can make it too fast and you feel overwhelmed, and some too slow and you're bored. I was really impressed that Safelite had the entire onboarding process already set up for me. It went at my own pace. It also was very in depth so I feel like I got a great picture of what the business looked like.
-Extremely comfortable and welcoming work environment and culture.
-They pay based on what you are worth, and don't try to undercut you.
-Their interview process was very in depth and communicative. I never wondered where I was in the process or what was going on. They made me feel like a person and wanted to know about me and my experience. It was refreshing.
-Leadership is very flexible, supportive, and always open to new innovative ideas. For Safelite being as large as it is I did not think they would be open to listening to new ideas and processes, but they let you run with a lot.
-Their people are their number one priority, and it shows.
Cons
I wish their 401K benefits were better, and unfortunately they do not offer paid maternity/paternity leave.
