      They have good medical benefits for employees

      Cons

      They will overwork you without compensation. You will work many hours overtime and then they will demand that you take time off to compensate so they do not have to pay you.

      Pros

      Managers and HR have an open-door policy that they honor and encourage employees to take advantage of.

      Cons

      Time frame for promotion is too long. There isn't consistency when it comes to assessments and evaluations. Some of managerial staff do not have sufficient account knowledge.
