      Technology growth - proud to be a leader in our industry. Great leadership, identifies goal / targets. Always a focused plan to get us there. Recognizing performers. Watching people grow. Look across at the longevity . Wow, that says a lot. Some days are tough but there's teamwork to get us through. I love coming to work, days go quick, busy and challenged.

      Cons

      Hours, sometimes just too many worked. Many spouses and partners of Safelite associates are not too fond of Safelite. I've seen many relationships over the years destroyed including my own over the hours we must put in.

      Pros

      Their management is extremely competent. All tools and vehicles are provided and the training is honestly world class. I walked in for a job and ended up finding a career path I love and enjoy. Our manager, Charlie, makes the good days great and the bad days way easier to deal with. I feel like I have an open door to all levels of management and my concerns are directly addressed. My coworkers really help foster a family environment and I spend most of my time laughing when I'm in the company of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Dealing with the customers is trying at times. Some days you end up with a little too much on your plate.
