      Very exhausting after handling a lot of windshields throughout the work day due to being short staffed. Not worth the pay. Poor management Too many call offs No room for advancement Unsafe work environment/warehouse is falling apart Will hire anyone

      Pros

      Company dose try to take good care of the employees and have a good benefits package. And have a great focus on customer service. As a whole a good company to work for. It all depends on the market that you work in. (But that's any company out their)

      Cons

      Over booking the tech routes daily cause a very high stress environment. Having managers that don't care about the employees as much as hitting numbers. I was in a couple markets and some are great to work for it all depends on the upper managers. The Chicago Market is only worried about being NUMBER 1 at any cost. But the lower management did what that could to help.
