Pros

Decent pay, profit sharing, weekly paycheck

Cons

This is not a job that ends up turning into a career. This is the kind of company you work for if you need a job NOW. We all know that its easier to find a job if you have one. The managers suck and unless you're in their click or they want to have sex with you they will be extremely rude to you when asking questions. Youll get tired of taking the calls after a while. They coach you (its nagging) on the most ridiculous things and when you change those things they will find new things that weren't an issue before. Youll never get a perfect monitor because there will ALWAYS be SOMETHING wrong. After a while you start not to care.

Pros

20 minute breaks, job coaches are there for you the best they can be, very accommodating company, pay is good, lots of overtime

Cons

Upset customers almost all the time because taking insurance claims means lots of upset people. It just wears you down after a while. Some companies aren't good about calling people back so they take it out on you. It's all understandable, but tough to take.
