      Pros

      Flexible work week and people you work with on you team are nice. Benefits are adequate at best, but at least they offer dental.

      Cons

      Commission paid on a curve, instead of on what you actually sell. Always trying to get you to donate to multiple causes week after week. You don't make enough to be badgered constantly because of how commission is paid (or not paid really). Not even enough bathrooms, they shut them down and clean them multiple times a day and there is no back up facility.
