Pros

Bonus and yearly raise, direct managers are pretty cool, promote from within for a lot of roles

Cons

Not bad but there are better options out there. Understaffed, same corporate overlord BS, making changes and letting large percentage of departments go without regard for how it affects the rest of the team. ***Raises don’t keep up with inflation. Supports autism speaks which is a horrible org

Pros

Weekly pay That’s honestly the only really good thing

Cons

Micromanaging senior management (90% of which don’t know how to install glass in the first place) No guarantee that you’ll be able to take care of family emergencies (Mom died and I was told I couldn’t call out the next day because I had a full route and they couldn’t cover it) No guarantee of promotion unless you’re practically a servant to leadership (The only people I saw, in my 5 years of working there, get promoted were the ones that were snitches and manager suck ups. The kind of people that would ask the teacher what homework everyone had for the weekend before the teacher forgot) Leadership refuses to take responsibility for the rapid decline of morale in the workplace.
