Training is all over the place. Information you learned in training can and will get you a FWW. They talk about moving you up, but even with high metrics, it rarely happens. They also say "The only hire from within" but the director says they hired people from outside the company.

Policies regarding what counts as tardy and absent are too strict and make it easy to keep employees in states of "probation" justifying preventing advancement (IMO). Instructors demand you stay on video when they themselves do not stay of video. Require use of wired headsets only while using wireless headsets themselves.
