Pros

I Learned a new skillset.

Cons

Zero work life balance as you have to work 6 days a week . Pay is very low when compared to other companies in the industry. Lack of management, they hire managers who know nothing about the industry and have zero knowledge or experience with cars or glass . Management never has their employees backs when a problem arises they just throw you under the bus . You know theres a a huge problem when techs with 15-20 years are leaving for other companies and this is a whole country problem not just this one location. There is very minimal training Your raises are based off of customer surveys and you can lose 4 or 5 dollars an hour if you get negative reviews.

Pros

Starting to not see any pros at all

Cons

Uber and Amazon drivers and employees should not be making more money than a auto glass technician! 100 degree weather, blazing hot cars and glass, clothing that doesn’t protect you from glass dust, a number system placed to keep you promised but setup as a fire reed mathematical failure unless you have a manager that likes you and makes sure you meet the right numbers! In shop guys get paid the same as road techs and they have WAY LESS WORK! you can do good on 10,000 cars and if you mess up on 2 you can kiss you promotion goodbye! No matter how amazing your reviews are from your customers it means nothing! 7 billion dollar company and they truly don’t care for their employees at all just pretend to. Fake promises on national raises a year after cutting weekly bonuses and crippling households.

Pros

None, other then driving a van that you still have to pay for weekly to use out of your paycheck

Cons

1.Over work and under pay 2. Will put you in bad situations and not care about you. 3. Any and all wether conditions -5 better go do all your 8 jobs for the day, 105 better go and sit on the hot tar and touch 98 degree windows with your hands 4. Does not care about your well being, if you get hurt you mine as well just pee in a cup right away because if you got hurt you’re on drugs obviously. 5. Will take all of your time, suck the soul right out of you and then when you comment about wanting to go home at 6pm when you started at 7pm you’ll get ridiculed for not being thankful for your job. 8. They will make you work 6 days a week for months on end and then take your “bonus” pay away after a month. 9. Will throw you to the wolves with unhappy customers and let them scream, yell and physically harm you. 10. During winter they will cut your hours significantly and still require you to driver 40 minutes through a snow storm at 6am just to tell you to turn right back around and go home with no pay after spending 2-3 hours driving just to get there and back. 11. Training is a joke, they essentially throw you to the wolves and when you mess up they will punish you.
