      Was a great company but has become the worst

      Did have great people now they are worried about their numbers

      Cons

      Pay based solely on wiper sales, surveys and the wipers are 65 dollars a set that they try to sell them twice before you get there, and warranties. If one of those are bad you loose pay if you get good numbers for 6 months you can get promoted but loose it again because of a bad survey .

      They half way pay for my gas….

      Cons

      Your not a technician your a salesman…. $65 for wipers. And if you don’t sell them you get threatened to be fired. If you don’t meet their unrealistic standards they take your money. Literally take your money from $21 to $20. Most techs in the country are being demoted. Over worked is an under statement. 0 chance of promotion.

      Good health benefits pretty cheap as well Work is easy after a year of doing it

      Cons

      No time for a personal life You get overloaded with work Pay structure recently changed in a negative way Hard to get help if you need it for a specific job There are 2 seasons either they have you working 60 hours or 30 hours no in between
