Pros

Good structure, growing business, can relocate to almost anywhere in the US. I've been able to travel to several states and work in many areas and markets, large and small.

Cons

Until it is a done deal, don't believe it until you see it. There is always a lot of talk for projects and location openings, but budget cuts by the 4th quarter can smash those ideas.

Very nice facility to work in. Everybody is nice.

Only offer part time. Hard to get full time

Pros

They give you a company vehicle to drive to and from work.

Cons

This company will reward the lazy and ignore and shun the hard workers. It's all politics with them, they will eventually lose so many good people that they won't be able to say they are professionals who do good work. There are way too many people putting windshields in cars and making families unsafe. This truly saddens me.
