The company is great, the job, not so much

Pros

20 minute breaks, job coaches are there for you the best they can be, very accommodating company, pay is good, lots of overtime

Cons

Upset customers almost all the time because taking insurance claims means lots of upset people. It just wears you down after a while. Some companies aren't good about calling people back so they take it out on you. It's all understandable, but tough to take.

Most people that work there think they do not have to work at all and get away with it while some work hard and get yelled at more

Great company, ok position.

Pros

The company is amazing, they believe everyone should have a caring heart for others and try really live their core values. The team members are friendly and positive and the department has fun things like popcorn and bake sales and movie nights.

Cons

Compensation is hit and miss. If people hang up on you, you are not going to make commission that week.
