A Great Day to Work for Safelite!

Pros

Company car, company phone (if you're a repair technician you'll likely have a Ford Focus, whereas replacement technicians are going to drive a large van). I have never worked somewhere that management had appreciated and recognized hard work so much! Jake and Jason are the Operations managers for the Seattle Market, they've worked for Safelite for 30 years (combined...) and are passionate about bringing you in as part of the family. Professionalism, time management, excellent communications skills are all that you really need to move up quickly.

Cons

Your job will be challenging. It is physically demanding and can be emotionally exhausting, you have control over your schedule and need to be able to keep your attitude in check, problem solve to find the best solution for your customer and be able to manage your time well when the unexpected happens.

It has potential

Pros

They give you a vehicle and what you need. They need good people so they can be flexible. Do good work and show up you will have a job.

Cons

They over schedule us daily so we have to deal with upset costumers expecting us to be on time or expect us and to not get rescheduled. Some jobs take longer than others but Safelite doesn't care. "watch you time" but I was working tell 8pm not for fun but because I was taking care of your costumers. What should I leave in the middle of a job so my time is ok with you. No they want us to clock out and work but not let them know.
