      Pros

      The benefits are really good.

      Cons

      No inter-office communication. Pay could be better considering how much the company is worth, and not just for the techs. Only advancement opportunities available out of state.

      Unfortunately, there are no pros to working for this company. Shovel 'em in; shovel 'em out.

      Cons

      Low pay. Discourage full-time work so they don't have to pay benefits (meaning health insurance because there certainly are no other benefits to working here). Low pay; a company matrix designed by people who have no clue as to how to sell products. Don't be a minute late or you won't get your quarterly bonus because we can stick it to our sales people all we want. Absolutely no ability to move up in the company. Huge turnover.
