      Pros

      Work mostly on your own. Can make decent cash if you're willing to put the hours in. Get a company vehicle to take home.

      Cons

      Sometimes you may not hit 40 hrs a wk.. everything is about numbers that are hard to get. Some management is up in the clouds, they don't know what it's like out on the road.

      Pros

      Safelite was an excellent place to work. There are opportunities for you to move between departments and gain more experience.

      Cons

      Some teams tend to be siloed so working with them can be difficult. Working on cutting down the silos would be beneficial.
