Pros

Adequate pay for a Call center job (hs diploma), no nepotism (they'll hire anyone) and barely any favoritism. Everyone got paid the same base wage

Cons

If you needed 1 day off, it was nearly impossible to get it. They are desperate for more hours on the phones. Dead end job unless you want to be a coach. If you stay for years you'll never get a raise so it's dead end. Call center felt like a sweatshop, come in and take back-to-back calls no AUX/ACW for 5 hours. Carrot on stick mentality for consumer appointment rate goal. Dealing with ghetto customers on phone and forced to drone on about wiper blades.

Pros

worked here for 10 months. good start up job. (good for resume) I have had 10 companies call me back after I updated my resume on indeed. earned commission on top of great pay.earned paid time off if you are full time

Cons

They are not very organized. sometimes not aware of what the other hand is doing. Inconsistent, very strict on you doing exactly what they tell you to, they also will ask if there's anything they can do to fix how they treat their employees but do not take action. if someone steals your sale and there's proof they still will do nothing. commission is required to hit but near impossible to attain. 10 out of 300 sales reps hit every single quota. concerned that you make money but pay very close attention to you when you do make the commission they require you to hit. 9.5/10 turn over rate.

Pros

Satisfying to complete a job well done. Working in new locations all the time and being independent out on the road.

Cons

Working in all weather conditions above 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Extreme temperatures complicate the work. It's important to be self-sufficient, sometimes you'll need help and sometimes it's available and sometimes it doesn't.
